The mini 1:1 packages are amazing at giving you a taste of what it feels like to experience a shift! The problems you’ve been having, the doubts, fears, all of it - Monica can fix it! It’s so empowering when you notice a change in yourself. And it’s just the beginning.

I’d highly recommend working with Monica. She has this way of deeply understanding you. It feels so great to be seen and understood. Just do it! Honestly, it’s amazing.

I really appreciate what you’ve helped me achieve already. For a long time, I felt like I knew my skin problems stemmed from trauma, but that can be hard to accept as the answer. Not necessarily because you don’t want to admit it or deal with it (although maybe a bit) but because society just doesn’t consider that a reason for health conditions. I threw so much money, time, and effort into treating the symptoms when really I just needed to come back to myself.

You’ve helped me confirm that. I’m just so happy and extremely grateful. Ugh, I love your work, Monica. Thank you! Xx

The MOST important thing that Monica has helped me with was healing my paralyzing triggers. I have always known that I have a lot to give and that I could be leading a bigger better life... but I couldn't get past being stuck. Going in circles and feeling incredibly frustrated with myself held me back in so many aspects of my life. Shutting down, procrastinating and denying myself and who I am were daily occurrences. Magic Monica has helped me overcome these triggers and things have started happening in my life, I am moving forward and I am so incredibly grateful to her for this. Eternally grateful. Yes, it is an investment, but the investment in yourself is so worth it! Monica helps you get to the root of problems fast, and she won't shy away from uncomfortable feelings. One session with Monica uncovered more for me than multiple therapy sessions!

I had a couple of poor experiences with other coaches before I decided to work with Monica. The moment we started the first call, I was like, 'Wow, she knows who I am and where I stand with my challenges right now.' She sees me! While we worked together, I always felt appreciated, safe, and guided. Exactly what I needed without having to ask for it, incredible! And the results after our sessions speak for themselves.

I worked on my challenges with men. Just the two sessions helped me massively to gain confidence and feel worthy while dating men. Knowing what I wanted and communicating my needs was a massive breakthrough. I stopped people-pleasing men and comparing myself with other women (and yeah, when I compare myself today, I always win the comparison, lol). I carry myself more authentically, feminine, and strong AF.

Through your modalities, I was able to understand my parents better. Because of this, I could release many dysfunctional patterns that made me feel blocked, unsuccessful, and insecure. I immediately dropped my need for perfection and felt unbelievably relaxed after our 1-on-1s.

Most importantly, a lot of the very dysfunctional behaviors that I could not explain or stop have calmed down a lot. One thing in particular: I am no longer trying to make my house, appearance, and personal style "perfect." I am so much more content with the things that I have now and have a much greater interest in spending time with my family and friends. I also have so much more focus in my day-to-day, and that is really boosting my confidence. In a nutshell, the amount of money I spent on the mini 1-on-1 is already coming back to me. I am not working as hard and accomplishing more, I am happier when I look in the mirror and no longer feel compelled to mindlessly shop. It was a huge win for me and absolutely money well spent.
